T3 MICRO WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE (AT OUR OPTION):

The Featherweight Luxe 2i, Featherweight 2, T3 Featherweight Luxe, T3 Featherweight, T3 Featherweight Journey, T3 Veloce, BodyWaver, T3 PRO.Dryer, T3 SinglePass, T3 SinglePass Compact, T3 SinglePass Whirl, T3 SinglePass Twirl, T3 Twirl (1.25" and 1.50"), T3 Luminous, T3 PRO.Straighten, T3 ManeTamer, T3 Volumize, T3 Voluminous Hot Rollers and T3 Source Shower Filters for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase if they are defective in workmanship or materials.

The T3 Evolution LongLife, T3 Evolution, T3 Protegé and T3 Fahrenheit450 for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase if they are defective in workmanship or materials.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

(1) Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or neglect in safety precautions
(2) tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.

TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY

You must return the defective product together with a proof of purchase, $14.95 for postage, insurance and handling ($9.95 for irons), and completed Warranty Replacement form.

THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID: (1) IF PRODUCT IS REGISTERED WITH T3 MICRO WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PURCHASE; (2) IF PRODUCT IS PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED SELLER OF T3 GOODS; (3) IF THE ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBERS ON THE PRODUCT HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED OR OTHERWISE TAMPERED WITH.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN (24) MONTH / TWELVE (12) Months. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL T3 MICRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
