An Extend® Protection Plan provides warranty coverage beyond the 2-year T3 manufacturer’s limited product warranty. The Extend® Protection Plan begins when the T3 manufacturer’s warranty ends. The plan protects against mechanical or electrical breakdown, but does not cover accidental damage.

How can I purchase an Extend® Protection Plan?

A protection plan can be purchased on T3micro.com at the time of product purchase. Once an item is added to your cart, you will receive a pop-up that allows you to select 1-year, 2-year or 3-year coverage for the product you are purchasing. Unfortunately, protection plans are not available to purchase for Gift Sets.

How many times can I use the Extend® Protection Plan?

The Extend® Protection Plan is a single replacement program that allows for a 1-time replacement of a like or comparable product should it become defective.

Yes, the replacement product will continue to be covered under Extend’s® protection plan.

You will receive an email after your purchase with your contract ID, warranty term length, coverage dates and product name. What is the process to file a claim under an Extend® Protection Plan?

Extend® makes it easy to file a claim either through the call center at 877-248-7707 or the online Customer Portal. Simply follow the steps below.
- Provide a contract ID, email address, or another piece of identifying information to Extend®
- Once the claim is approved, a shipping label is generated to ship back the broken product
- Once the shipping label is scanned, a replacement product will be shipped to you

Can I cancel my Extend® Protection Plan?
A:
Yes, you can cancel your Extend® coverage at any time while still under the T3 manufacturer’s warranty, by contacting T3 Customer Service at support@t3micro.com.

When the customer cancels their Extend® plan, what is the refund policy?
A:
If you cancel your product protection plan when the product is still under the T3 manufacturer warranty, you will receive a full refund.
