"I reached out to customer service in advance to confirm that this diffuser would fit the model I own. I was sent a link to purchase the exact diffuser that would work for the model I own. It does not fit my model… I have reached out for a refund but have not heard a response."

"I got sooo excited when I saw that they finally came out with a diffuser attachment (fellow curly hair girly) for the 360 only to find out it doesn’t fit the original 360 only the new Aire version. My original 360 is in GREAT condition and the fact that I would have to buy a whole new 360 styling tool just to use this diffuser is absolutely appalling. I use to love T3 but now I’m questioning whether I want to buy anything from them ever again. I understand having to make money but you can still make money by making a diffuser that fits the original 360 without scamming your already existing customers…Shame really"
