Beware - These are FINAL SALE!!!

"I ordered these along with the hot roller set. No where does it state that these are final sale. I mistakenly ordered too many of this item and emailed them minutes after the transaction and was told I would have to initiate a return. Upon trying to complete the return, I found out that these are final sale. They admitted that it does not state final sale anywhere, that it is an "internal tag" and only offered pathetic "we are so sorry for the confusion" platitudes but would not allow me to return the items I mistakenly ordered. If I had known these were final sale ( which they admit is not properly listed ), I would have made my purchase through Ulta so that I had options if I changed my mind. This company is deceitful and, upon acknowledging their wrong, makes ZERO effort to make it right. Disgusting."

Disappointing

"The curler claw clips do not hold the hot curler in place. This is a horrible design flaw. You want the curler to stay close to your head to promote volume at the root. This clip is SLOPPY! I wish I'd bought a different brand especially due to the price of the T3 set. Not worth the cost. Very disappointing."

"I bought two full sets in the last year and 4 of the big rollers in one set and 3 of the big rollers in the second set won’t heat up. I’ve bought 4 sets total over the years. Bummed the quality is faltering."

CHARGING BASE IS NEEDED FOR USE!

"Denise in customer service claims compatibility with charging base is specific enough to make customers aware that hot rollers cannot be used without it and refuses to accept my return. I am not the first customer to not realize this and until they change the ambiguity I won't be the last."

NEEDS CHARGING BASE TO WORK - NOT INCLUDED

"Do not do what I did and not read reviews before purchasing. These curlers need a base to charge in and that is not included in this sale. I've already reached out to customer service since its clear I'm not the only person this happened to and am wondering why they haven't specified that in the product description. They seem of great quality but I purchased them because they were on sale so I have zero interest in spending an additional $140 for the base. This could be easily fixed if T3 paid attention to detail."

Poor product more landfill

"One roller heating unit stopped working. Instead of repairing it Y3 wanted me to cut the electrical wire take a picture and put the old unit in the garbage. Then I get a new unit from T3. So a bad product and more landfill waste. T3 you're doing a bad job ."
