T3Micro.com purchases can be returned for FREE within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Products must be returned in new condition. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been damaged as a result of misuse. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, phone number, order number, product to return, quantity to return, and reason for return. Our Customer Service team will respond to your request within two business days. You will not be charged shipping and handling fees if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. We do not process product exchanges. Returns sent without prior authorization will be discarded. All non T3 items will be discarded. T3 Micro is neither liable nor responsible for returns sent without prior authorization and/or the return of non T3 items. If multiple products are being returned, please keep the products separated and in the original product packaging. Please do not combine accessory items in tool boxes. Accessory items need to be individually checked in and approved to ensure completion of return and a full refund.
