For all T3Micro.com orders placed between Black Friday (11/25/19) and Christmas Eve (12/24/19), we will honor an extended returns timeframe and offer a full refund through January 31, 2020. All orders placed before Black Friday and after Christmas Eve will be subject to our standard 30-day return window.
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be returned in new condition. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been damaged as a result of misuse. We do not accept returns on replacement parts. We do not process product exchanges. We do not accept returns on orders that exceed the 30-day return policy. If your order exceeds the 30-day return policy and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com.
For all US orders, please follow the instructions below:
1. Complete the Return Form provided with your order.
2. Place your items(s) and completed Return Form in a secure package, and tape the shipping box securely. If multiple products are being returned, please keep the products separated and in the original product packaging. Please do not combine accessory items in tool boxes. Accessory items need to be individually checked in and approved to ensure completion of return and a full refund. All non T3 items will be discarded. T3 is neither liable nor responsible for the return of non T3 items.
3. Remove or cover the original shipping label and attach the prepaid UPS return label to the shipping box.
4. Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. Request a receipt with tracking number from the UPS Shipping Center so you can easily track your return.
Prepaid return labels are only provided for US orders. You will not be charged shipping and handling fees if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. If you no longer have your return form or prepaid return label, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification via email when your return has been processed. Once processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to apply to your original form of payment.
For all Canadian orders, please email us directly at email@example.com to initiate and process your return. Include your full name, phone number, order number, product to return, quantity to return and reason for return.
If you are experiencing an issue with your product and would like to obtain service under warranty, please submit a warranty claim. Our Customer Service team will respond to your request within two business days.
