How to Make a Return

Return Policy purchases can be returned for FREE within 30 days of purchase for a refund. You will not be charged shipping or handling fees if you use our pre-paid return shipping label.  We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. We do not process product exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at Please include your full name, phone number, order number, product to return, quantity to return, and reason for return. Our Customer Service team will respond to your request within two business days. Returns sent without prior authorization will be discarded.

Warranty Claim

If your T3 product is under warranty, and must be repaired or replaced, you can complete the Warranty Claim form and receive a replacement for your damaged product. Click here to access the Warranty Claim form.
