Shipping Options

We are unable to cancel or change orders once they’ve been submitted. Orders must be received by 10am PST Monday - Friday to be processed the same day. Orders received after 10am PST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed Monday morning. Orders received on major holidays will be processed the following business day.

T3 ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. Please see our shipping rates below.

  • US Ground Shipping (4-6 Business Days): $7 or FREE with $100 purchase
  • US Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $25
  • Canada Ground Shipping: $20

We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or other U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes. If you are interested in shipping to an address outside of the 48 contiguous United States or Canada, please visit one of our authorized online retailers.

All T3Micro.com orders originate from the United States. Orders shipped to Canada can take up to 15 business days to arrive. Duties and taxes may apply on orders shipping to Canada. Please contact your local tax authority for more information on duties and taxes.

Claims related to damaged or missing shipments must be filed within the first 30 days of receipt to be considered. T3 cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged products if we are not notified within this time period. Contact our support team at support@t3micro.com, and we will file a claim on the lost order and process a reship.
