Overview Of T3 Micro Limited Product Warranty

All T3 Micro products, except for brushes and accessories, have at least a twenty-four (24) month limited product warranty, valid from the date of purchase. If your T3 Micro product has a defect in workmanship or material within the warranty period, T3 Micro will deliver an identical or comparable product to you free of charge or will provide some other remedy, as described below.

Warranty Duration

The duration of T3 Micro’s limited product warranty varies by specific product.

The warranty for any dryer, flat iron, curling iron, styling iron, or beauty shower applies for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase if the product is defective in workmanship or materials.

The PROi warranty applies for forty-eight (48) months from the date of purchase if the product is defective in workmanship or materials.

There is no limited product warranty on brushes and accessories.

Scope And Applicability Of Warranty

This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you own a T3 Micro product that was purchased at retail for personal, family, or household use.

T3 Micro warrants that our products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal home use for the applicable warranty period. T3 Micro recommends that you visit our website for the purpose of completing your product registration. Product registration, however, does not eliminate the need to retain proof of purchase in order to obtain the benefits of the warranty.

This warranty applies only to authentic T3 Micro products. The best way to ensure that you have a genuine T3 Micro product is to buy the product from an authorized T3 Micro retailer.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover products damaged by any of the following:

  1. Misuse or abuse, such as dropping of products, cord cutting, or failure to follow operating instructions or cleaning instructions enclosed in product packaging;
  2. Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair;
  3. Use with unauthorized accessories;
  4. Alteration of products;
  5. Servicing by unauthorized persons that results in damage to the product;
  6. Use of electric power delivered at the incorrect frequency or voltage.

Warranty Applicable Only To Products Purchased From Authorized T3 Micro Retailers

This warranty only applies to products purchased from T3 Micro’s authorized retailers. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered. Insofar as required by applicable law, however, these particular exclusions or limitations do not apply to products purchased in New York State or to products purchased by New York residents.

Types Of Warranty Service

If the warranty applies and the product is within the applicable warranty period, T3 Micro will typically replace components or replace the product entirely, at no additional charge to the consumer.

T3 Micro reserves the right to require that the product be returned to T3 Micro for inspection; however, T3 Micro may in its discretion decide that a return is unnecessary. All returned or exchanged products or components will become the property of T3 Micro. Repaired, cleaned, or replaced products or their parts will be warranted by T3 Micro for the balance of the original warranty period.

If T3 Micro elects to provide a replacement product, T3 Micro may either supply a new product from existing inventory or a fully inspected, cleaned, and tested pre-owned product.

In the unlikely event that replacement parts or replacement products are not available, T3 Micro may, in its discretion, either deliver to the consumer a reasonably similar product or provide reimbursement of the original purchase price, adjusted for the period of use. Either of these options shall be in full satisfaction of T3 Micro’s obligation under the original warranty.

Additional Exclusions And Limitations On Liability



It is understood and agreed by the consumer upon purchase of a T3 Micro product that, except as expressly stated in this limited warranty, T3 Micro is not making, and has not made, any warranties or representations of any kind or character, express or implied, with respect to the product, including but not limited to any warranties or representations as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE PERIOD of this written limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL T3 MICRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Some states do not allow the exclusion of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.


If any provisions of this warranty are found by a court or regulatory agency of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the warranty will continue in full force and effect.

Warranty Notice To California Residents Only

California residents may request warranty service by calling T3 Micro at 866.376.8880. Under California law, California residents also have the option of returning the T3 Micro product (a) to the retailer from which it was originally purchased, or (b) to another retailer that sells the same T3 Micro product. Under both of these options, California residents still must provide their proof of purchase. A retail store to which a California resident returns a product for warranty service may refer the consumer to a T3 Micro authorized service provider, may replace the product, or may refund the purchase price, less the amount directly attributable to the consumer’s prior use of the product. If these options do not result in a satisfactory and appropriate remedy for the consumer, the consumer may then take the product to an independent service facility if service or repair can be made economically. T3 Micro, and not the consumer, will be responsible for the reasonable cost of such service, repair, replacement, or reimbursement during the warranty period if such product is covered by the T3 Micro warranty.
